To qualify for any of our rental properties it is required that you fill out a rental application. The rental application consists of credit and rental history check. The cost of the application is $25.00. The fee is non refundable and all applications are subject to credit approval. Once you have passed the credit and rental check prospective tenants will be escorted by the property manager to view the rental property by appointment. The rent and the security deposit are the same price and are both are required after approval of the application and before moving into the rental property. |
